The service of picking up donations from the specified location is completely free.
The pickup team or the representative contacts the donor at the specified time to coordinate the pickup process.
Specifying the location accurately and responding quickly to the representative contributes to completing the pickup process smoothly and on time.
A delay or modification to the pickup time may occur in some cases beyond the control of the initiative, and the donor will be notified of this when necessary.
The donor can submit more than one donation request without any restrictions.
All donations are considered final, and they cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed after they are received by the representative.
The Association is keen to handle and sort all donations with care, but it does not bear responsibility for any papers, valuable items, or personal belongings left inside the donation bags, including cash, jewelry, documents, keys, electronic devices, or other belongings.
Please make sure to check clothes and donation bags carefully before handing them over, and ensure they are free of any personal or valuable belongings.
